It must be chilly, the races are down to one width. We arrived as they were about to start. Then chatted and waited for the sauna to clear, before we both got in for a long swim. Water was about 4.25 degrees C. I did 1200 yards and Kate did 600. 1st and 2nd for the day, but then we saw Peter Savory get in – he’s a polar bear.
