A grey day. The clouds threaten rain and deliver. The water is still cold. I am none too bold today. Six lengths (600 yards) seems reasonable. Kate gets in before me and leaves after me and does 466 yards (4 lengths and two widths). She is the hardy one. I am on a lazy Sunday groove. Big C does a km. The warm embrace of the sauna calls and delivers. I feel good, even euphoric. Kate has a large smile on her face.
6.5 degrees C.
