where did you get the stunt double?
Nice stroke Carl, looks like you’re getting a shift on, good tempo (an inspiration to myself who needs a kick up the backside). It looks like you’re crossing the midline. I’d say think of keeping your shoulders away from each other and letting the hands enter in line with the shoulders. You could think of swimming along two railway tracks, not a monorail. You seem to be slapping the water a bit on entry and therefore pulling straight back instead of allowing a bit of a glide of the forward arm. I’d think of index fingertip entering first. Inspirational to watch though.
Thanks Ian, I’ll try out your tips and report back. It’s the first time I’ve seen myself for a while too and there’s a gap between what I think I’m doing and what I am.
